Friday Night Hoops Training
Information
Friday Night Hoops Training is designed to enhance basketball fundamentals and overall fitness through Boot Camp style training, Skill Development and Gameplay. Each session will be split into roughly 45 minutes of fitness/skill development and 45 minutes of controlled gameplay. This program is open to both Boys & Girls.
Both the Jr & Sr Training programs are instructed by current Thornhill Basketball REP Coaches.
