REFUND POLICY


  • If Programs or the Rep Season is cancelled before it begins due to a change in Government restrictions, a full refund will be provided.
  • Once the season has started, and we are unable to complete the entirety of the season due to a change in Public Health restrictions, a credit will be provided
  • Pro-rated refunds/credits and/ or make-up days or partial days are not available for days absent or as a result of services not being fully utilized.
  • Summer Camp Refund – All refunds are subject to a $100.00 administration fee per week registered. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of the week you are registered for.
  • House League & Select Refund - Refunds will only be provided within 7 days of the program start date. All refunds are subject to a $75.00 administration fee.
  • Fall/Winter Rep Refund - All fees are subject to the following administration fee -
    • U10-U12 Boys & Girls - $1400
    • U13-U14 Boys & U13-U17 Girls - $1600
    • U15-U19 Boys - $1800
  • Spring & Summer Rep Refund - Refunds will not be provided.
  • Rep Tryouts & Player Development Clinics are not eligible for a refund
