- If Programs or the Rep Season is cancelled before it begins due to a change in Government restrictions, a full refund will be provided.
- Once the season has started, and we are unable to complete the entirety of the season due to a change in Public Health restrictions, a credit will be provided
- Pro-rated refunds/credits and/ or make-up days or partial days are not available for days absent or as a result of services not being fully utilized.
- Summer Camp Refund – All refunds are subject to a $100.00 administration fee per week registered. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of the week you are registered for.
- Starter Hoops & Advanced Hoops Development Refund 2026/2027- Refunds will only be provided within 7 days of the program start date. All refunds are subject to a $100.00 administration fee.
- Fall/Winter Rep Refund 2026/2027 - All fees are subject to the following administration fee -
- U10-U12 Boys & Girls - $1600
- U13-U14 Boys & U13-U19 Girls - $1800
- U15-U19 Boys - $2000
- *REP Refunds will not be provided until team rosters are complete.
- Spring & Summer Rep Refund - Refunds will not be provided.
- Rep Tryouts & Player Development Clinics are not eligible for a refund
