REFUND POLICY

• If Programs or the Rep Season is cancelled before it begins due to a change in Government restrictions, a full refund will be provided.
• Once the season has started, and we are unable to complete the entirety of the season due to a change in Public Health restrictions, a credit will be provided
• Pro-rated refunds/credits and/ or make-up days or partial days are not available for days absent or as a result of services not being fully utilized.
• Summer Camp Refund – All refunds are subject to a $50.00 administration fee. 
• Summer Training, House League & Select Refund - Refunds will only be provided within 7 days of the program start date. All refunds are subject to a $75.00 administration fee. 
• Rep Refund - All fees are nonrefundable. I understand that the withdrawal of the registration would bear a loss of opportunity to the Releasees and the Releasees would incur additional costs (such as advertising, operating cost, etc.) to fill the team roster spot. 
• Rep Tryouts are not eligible for a refund or credit.
