We are pleased to announce that we will be offering both lunchtime and after school programs for the 2019/2020 year. Our programs are designed to develop basketball skills and improve overall fitness and health. We place a large emphasis on having fun in a supportive environment.
- 10 minutes – Introduction & Group Warmup
- 25 minutes – Skill teaching & fun games to practice the skill
- 25 minutes – Scrimmage (4 minute shifts)
